Below is our shipping and return policy.
SHIPPING
*First class standard shipping comes with tracking and is shipped in an Indestructo box or bubble mailer via regular first class mail. Orders within the USA take about 3-5 business days once shipped. International takes 2-6 weeks depending on your location.
We ship worldwide; however we can not be responsible for lost, stolen, confiscated, or destroyed orders. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs or customs charges you may incur in receiving the items. We cannot mark your order as a "gift" or provide a lower value than what you paid. Customers with packages that were left with customs or treated as abandoned and returned to Smile Sciences will not receive a refund for their shipping costs. Please ensure delivery with your country's customs office.
Once items have shipped the order can not be cancelled or refunded until it has returned to our location.
HOLIDAY TIME/ SALE TIME EXPECTED TURN AROUND: If you have placed an order during a major sale, such as Black Friday, or other holiday sales, expect the MAXIMUM time frame(2-3 weeks) from processing or shipping and depending on the amount of orders that come in, there can even be a delay.
For international packages the above applies also. In addition, we are not responsible for customs fees/return fees or any other items associated. As always, there is a risk that your package can be confiscated. We are not responsible for this as well. For International Packages: if your package gets returned to us you will be notified via the email you provided at checkout. You will be given an option of a refund for the cost of goods sold (shipping costs not included) or replacement of goods (customer is responsible for additional shipping costs).
RETURN POLICY
Because we are a small business, All orders are final. All refillable pieces are final sale. Defective items will be replaced or refunded upon return receipt of defective items with in 30 days. If you receive such an item, please contact us at info@smilesciences.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please be aware that we do require the defective items to be returned before we will issue a refund or send replacement product.

Replacements /Refunds: We carefully wrap each individual package so that they get to you safe and sound, but sometimes a product will get damaged through the USPS. Please understand that we have no control over this. We will replace, if possible, or refund items that have been damaged in transit. You must contact us within 24 hours at info@smilesciences.com. Please include your order number, name and address, where you purchased your item(s) from and what items were damaged.

SHOPIFY:
Our store is hosted on Shopify, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
PAYMENT:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
