Dorothy the cow

We are so excited to introduce you to Dorothy. DeAnna, the president of Smile Sciences, met Dorothy while visiting Maui in April of 2018. Her daughter wanted to go to Leilani Farm Sanctuary as a bucket list and to be of service to animals in need. It was during that visit they met Dorothy. Dorothy came from a dairy farm where when she could no longer produce milk and she was slated for the slaughterhouse until a worker on the ranch intervened and arranged for Leilani Farm Sanctuary to rescue her. Smile Sciences is now sponsoring Dorothy so she can live the rest of her days in plush rolling hills with other rescued animals.
